Established in 2003 by CRE industry specialists, NTrust has over 1,100 employees worldwide and has completed over 1,000,000 lease abstracts from 40 languages and 106 countries. That’s why in our abstraction process we have three levels of quality checks, plus an independent risk management team that audits all client deliverables every month. Our quality process, outlined below, holds true for all our services - abstraction through financial reporting.

The Risk Management Department is independent and reports directly to the CEO. They review documents across multiple deliverables and identify any items delivered that are not to scope.
